Our Coronavirus Measures
1. Daily deep clean of the workshop and offices using anti-bacterial cleaning products - on top of our usual cleaning practices we are taking special care with high frequency areas including door handles, light switches and desk tops
2. While we will happily welcome you to our workshop we are requesting customers consider using our postal service to send and receive items. Upon request we will send you out a pre-paid special delivery envelope to send any items to us. Using the service each shipment is insured up to £5000 and will be tracked from collection to delivery. 2. Prior to dispatch by post, each item is sterilised, and steam cleaned
3. Every item received is sterilised and steam cleaned prior to being assessed by our jewellery professionals
4. Anti-bacterial hand-wash and hand sanitiser available for staff and customers
5. No touch policy in the workshop - as well as practising social distancing we have introduced a no-touch policy in the workshop. This includes regular changing of any consumables which are handed from one employee to another, or from an employee to a customer
We are closely monitoring government and WHO advise and will be continually reviewing the measures we have taken to best protect our staff and customers
